Shared Services Internship - Office of Academic Affairs

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Office of Academic Affairs supports Continuing Medical Education, Faculty Development, Graduate Medical Education (GME) Diversity and Health Equity, GME Quality and Patient Safety, Alumni Affairs, Library Services, and Global Health.

The intern will:
  • Assist with library research for education projects
  • Collaborate as an active team member of selected Office of Academic Affairs (OAA) projects
  • Collect and analyze data as assigned
  • Prepare data reports
  • Produce new technological resources as indicated for OAA 

Qualifications-REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
  •    Currently enrolled in Bachelor or Master level program, pursuing a degree in Sociology, Psychology, Education, Statistics, IT or related field, required. Graduate student preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office; comfortable exploring technology
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Basic research skills and knowledge of statistics
