Every summer, we invite a chosen few into our world. They are driven problem-solvers. They don’t just come here to learn about how we shape culture with our brands (though they do plenty of that), they’re here to raise their hands and be a part of what we do.

We couldn’t care less about whether they’re new to this world or come from a long line of ad folks.

What we do care about is if they have ideas and experiences that make us stop and think, that they’re sharp-witted but kind, ambitious but humble, that they like to ask important questions and tackle big projects together, that they happen to make things and they make things happen.
