Responsibilities
1. To combine with the characteristics of the project for the establishment and improvement of data analysis framework system, and comprehensively promote the data-based operation of products;
2. To build the daily monitoring mechanism of key indicators, mine the reasons for data fluctuations, and promote the game content and operation strategy tuning;
3. To make comprehensive use of data analysis, user research and other means to conduct special research on key contents to support r&d decisions;
4. To promote problems solving or content optimization based on research results, and continuously pay attention to subsequent data performance and user feedback;
5. To be responsible for using and maintaining management tools related to data analysis, and providing relevant optimization suggestions.
Qualifications
1. Fresh graduates of computer, statistics, data and applied data in 2020, and have bachelor degrees or above;
2. Be proficient in excel, and be good at query tools (such as SQL) as well as an analysis tool such as language, SAS, SPSS, R, etc.);
3. Be good at communication, have a strong ability to work under pressure and a sense of responsibility and teamwork;
4. Be sensitive to data and user feedback, and be able to quickly source the problem and analyze;
5. Be experienced in games, and willing to be engaged in the gaming industry;
6. Those who have internship experience in data analysis field are preferred.
