CIVIC’s dynamic cultural insights team works with clients - particularly in the television/content entertainment industry - to help them develop programming and marketing priorities based on deep-dive analyses of the cultural and content landscape. We’re experts in analyzing where the country is going politically, socio-economically, artistically, and culturally, and synthesize those complexities into real, long and short-term strategy for our clients, which include TNT, YouTube, MTV, Vice, Comedy Central, Freeform, TNT, and ABC, among many others.

Responsibilities
- Serve as workflow hub of Cultural Insights team, creating and managing project timelines
- Conduct cultural, industry, and brand specific research
- Participate in client meetings and brainstorm sessions
- Assist in preparation for key meetings, including creating and editing presentations
- Manage calendars, client communication, bookings, and expenses
- Coordinate freelancer onboarding
- Manage online database (Are.na) and Gantt chart (Smart Sheet)
- Prepare detailed recap memos and reports
Qualifications
- Must be an excellent writer and communicator. Highly organized and analytical.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as familiarity with Google's G Suite of Products (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.).
- Candidates should be motivated, enthusiastic, resourceful, trend-aware, hard working and have the ability to switch gears on the fly.
- 1 year+ work experience strongly preferred - can include robust internships
- 4-year degree
