Home Financing & Real Estate - Operations & Loan Production Training Program

Job Description

Become an employee at a Boulder-based FinTech startup that's reinventing the traditional home financing and real estate process.

You will have an ownership in the company, which is growing quickly.

We are looking for hard working, quick learners who can help us develop and drive amazing service for our clients. This professional will be introduced to the full gamut of activity and technology necessary to produce a mortgage, and will have an opportunity to be exposed to multiple roles spanning operations (processing, underwriting and closing), sales and sales support, capital markets, and product development at a high growth, fintech, mortgage lender.

Initially, this professional will work to produce loans, collect and explain information to clients or sales team members, gather and review documents necessary to support a loan, and help with post-closing research, mailings, and filings. In addition, this professional may assist in reviewing appraisals, credit submissions, and other loan documentation.

Characteristics of a successful candidate include:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintain high level of customer service and communicate with professionalism externally and internally with other departments and/ or business partners.
  • Fantastically computer savvy.
  • Detail oriented and quick to move through many tasks.
  • High energy, communicative self-starter.
  • You enjoy picking up the phone to communicate with others
