1. Administrative buying and management jobs in order to make sure daily admin work runs smoothly

2. Airplane ticket, hotel booking and management

3. Attendance management

4. Food maintanence and management including changing restaurants and menu confirmation

5. Office environment maintanence, related upgrading and fixing contact

6. Supplier management,maintanence and renew

7. Plan on employee birthdays and other activities.

8. Other admin works assigned by superior.

1. Bachelor degrees or above

2. Can work efficiently and good in problem-solving

3. Able to use Word、Excel、PPT,etc, as well as office equipments 

4. Able to work in fast pace, service-oriented.

5. Fluent English is preferred
