Jr. Business Analyst
Creative Systems and Consulting LLC is a leading provider of IT management consulting services and cloud solutions to Federal agencies. Our project teams work with federal agencies to quickly solve mission-critical problems by identifying, designing, and implementing technology enabled solutions to improve their strategies and operations.
Working in a team environment, the Business Analyst will focus on the analysis, design and development of technology-based solutions for Creative's clients. You will work alongside technical, functional and industry specialists to assist with the development, implementation and integration of innovative system solutions including methods, techniques and tools. You will contribute to client satisfaction by providing timely and responsive value added services and work products.

- Interest in working with information technology (IT) to create various solutions and advancements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability and desire to continually learn new technologies in a changing environment
- Analytical and problem solving way of thought
- Desire to work in a diverse, team-based environment
- Overall resilient, flexible, and enthusiastic personality
- Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree
- A Required GPA of 3.2 of 4.0
- US Citizens and Permanent Residents (Green Card)
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Adaptable technical and multi-tasking abilities
- Focus on details and an excellent team worker
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a computer related discipline
