Head of Growth

The Head of Growth will serve as the company's leader with regards to Sales, Business Development, and Marketing. The position would be responsible for driving the acquisition of new clients, across industries and geographic region.

Responsibilities include:

  • finding and implementing creative, unconventional and cost-effective channels to build customer base and grow the business -- this could involve growth loops in the client life-cycle
  • creating and executing on marketing strategies which may involve content marketing, building channel strategies, and experimenting with different growth methods
  • identifying channels to test, running tests, perform customer/audience segmentation analysis, develop social media presence and find ways to optimize these channels
  • working closely with the CEO, product and engineering teams to build viral and growth loops to shape the product to self-grow
  • experiment and iterate your ideas to find effective ways to reach potential, past, and existing clients
  • use your gut instinct to create growth strategies, experiment and use data to test
  • work in a lean startup, and agile process
  • communicate and present your valuable ideas across the business
