Client Services Representative/Consultant
The role of the Client Services Representative/Consultant is intended to be a multi-functional position designed to support and enhance our business efforts by providing exceptional, ongoing support via software and system training to both our new and existing clients. Through the extensive study of our manuals, applications and their functions, this role will have both direct and indirect responsibilities in aiding to support our efforts to satisfy and retain clients while improving the overall professional and corporate experience.
The Client Services Representative/Consultant must have excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. They must also be organized with a strong ability to multi-task. They should have strong problem-solving and follow-through skills and be able to work independently as well as to interact with various levels of management. Good computer skills and proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software programs are required.
The Client Services Representative/Consultant will act as the customer liaison in regards to our application and system manuals. As the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance in the tools and services we offer, the CSR/C will provide basic product training and aid in resolving all customer service issues. Since they must gain in-depth knowledge of our software and applications for the media market, the CSR/C should have a deep interest and preferably recent experience in the media industry with relation to advertisement and/or marketing. They should also have acquired recent exposure to media planning or media research. This position requires a bachelor's degree in media marketing, business administration, computer science, or a related field.
