The Licensing and TPO Coordinator develops and maintains relationships with wholesale broker production sources, Wholesale Sales, retail Loan Officers, Branch Managers and all Operations teams. Maintains synergy between the Comergence database of TPO Clients (brokers) and the sales force. Coordinates licensing transfers between HR and NMLS. The duties for Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to, those described below.
