Job Description:
Proven Technical Skills and Experiences
• Mastery in SAP ABAP, or HANA/BW development
• Mastery with relational or noSQL databases
• Working understanding of automated testing or TDD practices in day to day development
• Working understanding of design patterns, loosely coupled architectures
• Working understanding of authentication and authorization schemes
• Working understanding of RESTful or SOAP APIs
• Working understanding of Dev Ops, CI/CD and integrating systems into a deployment pipeline
• Working understanding of cloud development with platforms like AWS or Azure
Interpersonal, Leadership and Teaming Competencies
• Capable of collaborating with multiple business stakeholders to provide information technology solutions
• Skilled in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution
• Proven experience working in a team environment
Education Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology discipline
OR Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience (8 years applied software engineering experience)
