Citi Shared Services (CSS) is a global organization of over 4,000 employees that supports the Global Functions with products including Finance & Risk Shared Services (FRSS), Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS), and Business & Travel Shared Services (BTSS). The Common Capabilities function is a part of the CSS Chief-of-Staff organization and integrates the below business office pillars supporting all of the CSS products:
  • Communications
  • Employee Experience & Culture
  • Financial Management
  • Management Reporting & Data Analytics
The Management Reporting & Data Analytics senior analyst will be directly responsible for:
  • Leading product-wide reporting initiatives for FRSS such as Monthly Operating Reports, Scorecards, and other CSS Strategic Priorities Initiatives and providing additional centralized reporting support to other CSS products
  • Exploring opportunities to identify and leverage synergies between products in order to create operational efficiencies
  • Driving adoption of tools and technology including Power BI to deepen analytics and reporting insights
  • Supporting standardized and ad hoc reporting needs and managing stakeholder communications 
  • Utilizing reporting and analytics to support leadership in providing guidance to CSS senior management 
  • Partnering with other CSS business, especially EIO&T, and communicate and help drive strategic initiatives downstream to CSS
Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in Business related areas and / or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience in business process office function
  • Ability to multi-task and handle short-term deadlines & conflicting priorities
  • Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Experience with emerging technologies especially Power BI
  • Leadership with the ability to see the big picture without losing attention to detail
  • Relationship management skills with the ability to handle conflict and negotiations
  • Resilient and tenacious in order to effectively deal with senior management teams
  • Commitment to quality & attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Shared Services, preferred
  • Experience managing small scale programs / projects and facilitating change
  • Very strong analytical skills essential
  • Strong meeting organization and facilitation skills
  • Experience and ease in interfacing with Senior Management
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products
