Are you an experienced Business Analyst who is ready to find a career that allows you to wear many different hats and tackle diverse challenges while still providing a work/life balance? If so, Enterprise Technology Solutions (ETS) is seeking two Business Analysts to utilize their communication skills and technological understanding to bridge the gap between our customers and the information technology team.

As our Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
·        Providing expert IT project business analysis and advice to stakeholders
·        Gathering requirements from clients and communicating them to development team
·        Providing project management support to small and mid-sized projects
·        Working closely with the ETS project managers to align designs with organizational and technical goals
·        Documenting and validating business, functional and non-functional requirements
·        Creating project documentation including:  requirements document, tractability matrix and perform user acceptance training
·        Reviewing application designs and testing IT systems
·        Acting as a liaison between the DGS divisions and the enterprise technology team
·        Evaluating and researching IT procurement requests to determine IT components

Examples of recent projects/assignments: 
·        Custom application development for the Division of the State Architects
·        Supporting COTS (Commercial Off the Shelf) for Facilities Management team
·        Creating mock-ups and validating requirements for the Real Estate Services Division
·        Projects range from small to large and involve: Custom COTS, ServiceNow, and Power BI
