Project Title: Neobanking strategy

Details: Neobanking (new age digital banks) have been expanding rapidly across the world. A number of them have become household names in certain parts of the world e.g. Revolut, Monzo, Chime. The phenomenon is more recent in India – however, there is a latent need of such banks in India to increase accessibility, affordability and customer experience of banking customers.

With a customer base of 50-60 MM customers and the brand trust, TATA Group has a unique opportunity to create a neo banking play in India. The key objective of the project is to design go-to-market strategy for the TATA neobank

Design a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for TATA Neobank, covering:
1. Target customer segment
2. TATA value proposition and differentiation compared to competition
3. Design of key customer journeys
4. Financial projections
5. Rollout plan and partnership strategy
All of the above will need to be supported by detailed market researchÂ
