Strategy Analyst - Spain Office

GENERAL
We are entrepreneurs helping entrepreneurs and are seeking an entrepreneurial mind to join our crew. Our new Analyst will begin with us in a full-time entry level role with an unlimited potential for learning and growing. This role demands flexibility, and requires a high comfort level with time management and virtual communication.
Our ideal candidate is a doer who enjoys learning and taking on new challenges. if not already an analytics wizard, the ideal candidate must be an eager apprentice with natural talents. Your energy, ability to multitask, and attention to detail will be critical.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities for this role may include and are not limited to:
- Building financial models and tools to help clients evaluate their opportunities and plan for growth
- Assisting with preparation of investor materials and participating in funder conversations
- Developing procedures for efficient data collection and review
- Analyzing data to develop actionable business insights
- Conducting research on financial systems and tools to improve on clients' operations or for internal purposes
- Participating in internal strategy conversations
INTERESTS, ATTITUDE, SKILLS
- No minimum work experience required, life experiences cherished!
- Active interest in mission-driven businesses and practices
- Academic or professional background in a quantitative discipline, including but not limited to finance/business, engineering, or mathematics
- Demonstrated skills in data analytics
- Experience in developing written content and eye for design is a plus
- Willingness to take ownership especially in ambiguity
- Efficient and organized communicator - oral, written, and mathematical
- Detail oriented with excellent record keeping and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy, scrappy troubleshooter, ready to learn new skills and software
- Able to work on multiple projects concurrently and creatively
- Fluency in Spanish is a big plus
