PeerMetrix, LLC is a start-up SaaS firm offering a state-of-the-art solution for banks and credit unions to manage performance. The platform was recently spun-off of our sister company, Cornerstone Advisors, Inc. We are seeking an experienced Analyst to work in our office in Cary, NC. In this role, you will support clients on the Performance Vault platform. The candidate must have excellent written and communication skills and the ability to successfully work with all levels in the organization.

·        Build functional banking knowledge and become a client relationship liaison that will help onboard new clients and update customer data ongoing

·        Assist in developing product enhancements and capabilities

·        Develop, draft, and edit client deliverables

·        Manage daily client relationships in addition to coordinate clients and vendor calls/meetings.

·        File and track incoming documents for completeness

·        Assist President and Product Director as required

·        Provide a high level of customer service in response to client inquiries and requests

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field

·        Working banking knowledge and experience is a plus but not required

·        Proficient with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel

·        Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, nested conditional statements, and lookups)

·        Team player with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all staff levels as well as work independently on complex projects and tasks
