Management Trainee

Management Trainee Responsibilities: 
  • Management Trainee program will include: Learning effective communication with staff and clients, problem-solving, conflict management, and general company operations
  • Brainstorm ideas with Management team to improve sales margins and implement new processes
  • Attend meetings and shadow account managers to gain knowledge in all aspects of our business and company values
  • Master customer engagement and schedule appointments with prospective clients on company provided leads to developing new business and maintain current relationships 
  • Learn our sales process including presentations, product knowledge, regulations, and any new deals or sales promotions 
  • Assist customers in selecting the best product for their situation providing exceptional convivial customer service to ensure overall client satisfaction and retention

Management Trainee Requirements: 
  • 1-2 years of sales, customer service, or related field experience 
  • Bachelors degree or pursuing a degree in business, sales, communications or related major 
  • Team player with a positive mentality towards hands-on coaching 
  • Ability to network and work professionally with clients and fellow team members
  • Exemplary communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to think quick on your feet 
  • Energetic self-starter with a track record of determination, achievement, and excellence 
  • Impeccable public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to speak loudly, clearly, and concisely without distracting verbal fillers
