Enablement Consultant

The Brevet Group is a management consulting start-up operating at the intersection of strategy and sales enablement. As an Enablement Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering sales enablement consulting and sales training services to our clients as well as supporting firm initiatives, such as research, product development, and marketing.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of professional experience focused on solving problems using a structured, analytical, and creative approach. A strong interest in the domain of sales performance and being part of small team is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gathering, organizing, and summarizing information relevant to client sales strategy and processes
  • Synthesizing analysis of industry and competitive dynamics, best practices, and customer insights to identify key implications on client selling/go-to-market motions
  • Designing, managing, or analyzing customer data, ranging from sophisticated quantitative studies to qualitative research
  • Supporting in-depth interviews with client management and key stakeholders
  • Quickly picking up skills and knowledge in new areas, leveraging client, firm and external resources
  • Collaborating with other consultants and designers to explore alternatives and develop thinking (e.g., brainstorming sessions)
  • Contributing to the development and storyline of client presentations, including diagnostic assessments, training sessions and project management
  • Assisting in the design and development of sales enablement assets, such as job aids, messaging, and playbooks
  • Effectively communicating with both internal teams and external client teams
  • Managing multiple aspects of projects, including defining to-do’s, tracking accountabilities, handling logistical details, and proactively communicating status to clients and internal team
  • Delivering timely deliverables and other client work, with minimal support

Minimum Qualifications
  • 1-3 years excelling in a field such as sales, sales management, consulting, corporate strategy, marketing, training, or enablement
  • This position is available VIRTUALLY or in ATLANTA
