The Position: We are in search of a candidate who will be providing support to the Special Communications Solutions Missions (SCMS) Special Communications Rapid Integration Facility (SCRIF). Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

The Description:
·      Solely responsible for completing detailed financial tracking workbooks for 60+ projects for the Special Communications Solutions Missions (SCMS) Special Communications Rapid Integration Facility (SCRIF)
·      Responsible for completing monthly financial deliverables for 60+ projects for submission to and review by program managers, government customers, PMAs, and BFMs
·      Prepare required documentation to accept Funding Documents, PRs, and Chargeable Objects from the government and PMAs to fund contracts and projects at the SCRIF
·      Monitor funding status of the overarching SCRIF contracts
·      Fund SCRIF contracts and individual projects based on the appropriation that provided the funding
·      Provide project numbers for government P-card purchases
·      Track metalwork requests and material purchases costs and fund accordingly
·      Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
·      Evaluate current and historical data
The successful candidate will have the education and experience below:
Bachelor’s degree in a business, management, or engineering management discipline plus 3 years to 10 years of specific program/financial support experience.  
An Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
 
The Working Environment:   The physical environment requires the employee to work on-site at the government program office, sitting in a cubicle or at a desk for most of the workday.
