Research Data Manager
The Integrative Tumor Epidemiology Branch (ITEB; https://dceg.cancer.gov/iteb) seeks a research data manager to provide project management, data stewardship and harmonization for the Confluence Project (https://dceg.cancer.gov/confluence), a large, exciting project that brings together multiple consortia to investigate the genetic architecture of breast cancer and improve risk prediction and prognosis of the disease. The project will include genome-wide genotyping, risk factor, pathology and clinical data from over 300,000 cases and 300,000 controls of multiple ancestries. Candidates will be expected to provide documentation/specifications for analytic datasets and generate reports including summary statistics and publication quality tables and figures.
