Harrison Richards, Inc. Is seeking to train a person interested in Apartment Management. An associate will be involved in leasing apartments, and placing Internet advertising. Our award winning company is located between Philadelphia and King of Prussia Pennsylvania. If you are highly organized you will have the opportunity to work along side the General Manager.

To be qualified for this marketing position you must be a good writer and detailed focused. If you have had interesting internships or have been a member is philanthropic clubs or associations please reach out to us. If you have worked through your college years, we are excited to hear from you.

Our company manages apartment houses in Ardmore Pennsylvania. If you enjoy meeting new people and working on Digital Advertising, you would really enjoy the challenges everyday. There is an additional opportunity to learn about kitchen and bathroom renovation design trends.

Your responsibilities will include:

‘Being able and willing to multitask new assignments in a fast paced environment.

Lease and market apartment homes.

Being able willing and excited to learn about Search Optimization.

Demonstrating strong communication skills with the willingness to take direction from the General Manager.
