Ziff Media Group- Paid Search Fellow

Overview:
Ziff Media Group is seeking a passionate, results-oriented fellow to work as part of a seasoned paid search team and assist in the development and management of performance-driven paid search campaigns across multiple verticals and brands. This fellowship is ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented, future marketer who enjoys identifying patterns, developing insights, and translating findings into action.
Responsibilities:
  • Help to manage and grow ROI-positive paid search advertising campaigns across multiple verticals
  • Perform keyword research using internal and external data
  • Develop ad copy, test and iterate to improve performance
  • Conduct testing and analysis to identify opportunities
  • Assist in performance forecasting
  • Participate in collaborative working sessions and present ideas to improve user website experience, increase conversion rates and develop and grow external relationships
Qualifications:
  • Keen interest in paid search and digital marketing
  • Conceptual understanding of paid search best practices and performance marketing
  • Cursory knowledge of Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) and Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads) (Preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Initiative to solve problems
  • Ability to work in a results-oriented and fast-paced environment, both as part of a team and individually
  • Eagerness to meet and exceed objectives
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency, including formulas and basic functions
