Production Associate - Bulk Operations

The Production Services team is responsible for ensuring a high degree of listing quality in support of the Chairish seller and buyer experiences. Production Services provides a frictionless, efficient, and timely publishing process for the seller, keeping shoppers engaged, and buyers delighted with minimal surprises upon delivery. The Production Associate - Bulk Operations contributes to maintaining and expanding a broad selection of inventory by publishing listings with a consistent approach to presenting product details, descriptions, and photography. Their work is primarily performed via, but not limited to, transcriptions and bulk upload projects; ensuring efficient publishing for a high volume of listings, supporting seller onboarding and for all product types.
Responsibilities:
Understand Chairish’s listing requirements, curatorial standards, listing flow, and tools required to manage the flow of work and identify opportunities for improvement
- Review and edit product details and photography for compliance with the Chairish Publishing Standards
- Provide clear and helpful guidance to sellers when listings do not meet the standards
- Assess product photography for compliance and articulate (or edit) the shortcomings as appropriate
- Ensure a user friendly and consistent listing process by effectively communicating listing requirements and policies
Define and oversee quality control initiatives related to inventory transcribing
- Communicate and collaborate with Platform Services leadership, Account Management, Onboarding, and other teams as appropriate to ensure excellence and seller compliance with platform policies and standards
- Understand curatorial standards and best practices for product listing details
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly productivity goals for products created via Bulk Upload
- Balance transcribing, publishing, and special request priorities to maintain full capacity productivity of team
Monitor, track and process weekly inventory updates for wholesale vendors
Manage listing data for wholesale vendors
- Be the point person for listing updates, and listing creation on wholesale accounts
- Communicate effectively with the wholesale team to ensure accuracy of listing data, and compliance with Chairish curatorial standards
Actively contributes to the culture, community, and knowledge of the Production Services team

Skills and Attributes Required to be Successful in the Role
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets functionality including formulas and spreadsheet manipulation
- Effectively juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, assessing a high number or products while maintaining consistent quality
- Data driven with analytical mindset

Desired Experience
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and priorities within tight timelines
- Ideally at least 2 years working in an e-commerce environment
- Familiarity with product photography practices and applications
- Web savvy with an interest in design/style blogs and ecommerce
- A passion for art, design, furniture, home decor and interior design - a plus
