Manager in Training

At TouchSuite, we provide payment processing solutions that fit small-medium sized businesses. Online, in-store, and even on-the-go, wherever the merchants are, we will connect them and their customers to the right payment processing technology to keep sales flowing and customers smiling. We partner with our clients to assist in growing their business with our payment solutions that improve customer loyalty and cash flow.

We are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious, hungry-for-knowledge leader to go through initial training during their first year with us and who can learn our business over the course that time and become one of our leaders that knows every aspect of our business in order to be a highly effective manager. Our ideal candidate wants to learn more about business, thirsty for exposure into all departments to understand the fundamentals of how a business operates and can analyze, improve, and execute projects in the future. 

Responsibilities:
·        Collaborate and cross train with each department within TouchSuite to learn how the full business cycle works
·        Collect a full knowledge base and deep understanding of how our company operates
·        Support leadership with various tasks including but not limited to process improvements, policy making, goal setting and morale
·        Learn how to evaluate performance of others
·        Become a subject matter expert on our products and services
·        Participate in company’s strategic planning
·        Create and present ideas to other leaders
·        Other tasks as assigned by management

Preferred Requirements:
·        Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or similar field
·        Intellectual, positive and a hard working attitude
·        Excellent organization, communication, and verbal skills a plus
