Just graduated? Congratulations! Wondering what's next? Consider starting your career with our missional family in South Florida and apply to be a OneHope Fellow! OneHope Fellows is a highly-selective, two-year program for the holistic development of emerging leaders focused in the spheres of marketplace and missions. As a Fellow, you will learn to be a global ministry practitioner, while earning a full-scholarship to our accredited Master’s of Arts in Global Ministry Design. Here, you'll participate in a part-time paid position (32 hours) that best suits your skills and passions. Free housing is also included!

• Advancement — Public Relations, Marketing, Fundraising/Partnerships, Communications, Writing
• Education Initiatives — Spanish/Portuguese/Chinese language skills, Elementary/Middle School Education, Educational Program Design
• Ministry Operations — Finance, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Field Logistics, Economics
• Ministry Design — Content Development, Program Design, Event Coordination, Research
• Product Development — Content Development, Program Design, Event Coordination, Research
