Operations Management Training Program

Our Global Graduate Program (GGP) is your chance to fast-track your career with a worldwide industry leader. In this year-long foundation-building program, you’ll learn how our global business strategy is improving how we reach adult tobacco consumers. That includes a two-week intensive experience in the United Kingdom to get a firsthand look at our global business and connect with a seasoned professional for mentorship.
 
As a Global Graduate in Operations, you will gain hands on experience across various areas in Operations and achieve insight about the end to end intricacies of the business. During of the course of the program, you will have the opportunity to rotate through at least two roles within the following areas of Operations:
 
  • Manufacturing – Production, Engineering, Process Control
  • Procurement – Direct Materials, Indirect Services, Vapor Materials
  • Operations Services – Supply Chain, Logistics, Brand Planning
  • Operations Excellence – Quality, Environmental Health & Safety
 
Program Activities:
  • Participate in on-the-job training and development plans
  • Gain exposure to multiple functional areas to understand our business and competitors
  • Challenge existing processes and deliver continuous improvement
  • Work with a mentor to gain support and feedback
  • Network with industry professionals
 
 
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a STEM related field with most recent degree obtained within the last three years
  • Global mobility
  • Desire to progress into a broad leadership role beyond a functional position
