Associate - Data Science, Performance Engineering and Project Management
The Associate will report directly to the Senior Associate of Design and Enablement within the Finance and Procurement organization, and will be expected to operate and excel in Data Science, Performance Engineering and Project Management-related roles.
As a Data Scientist, the Associate will be responsible for all stages of Data Science Lifecycle: actively working with stakeholders across different teams on defining data-driven problem statements, data acquisition and understanding, data models development, data visualization & deployment of solutions (e.g. reports, KPIs).
Performance Engineering will often focus on process improvement, wherein the Associate will be focused on data-driven generation & execution of system/process improvement ideas, mapping existing systems/processes and setting up new ones. They will also directly participate in designing and architecting a systems/processes landscape that enables Supply Chain.
Project Management scope includes analyzing and defining a frame for ambiguous problem statements, drafting a project charter, planning, initiating and overseeing execution of all elements of the project.
