Sales Manager (Hunter or Sales Intern)
1- Sales Hunter Lead (Uncapped Commission)
- 20 years plus of experience (or equivalent) and knowledgeable about trends within the Aerospace, Defense or Space industries, preferred.
- Engineering or Business degree required. High level of Emotional Intelligence; excellent verbal and listening skills.
- Demonstrated strong negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to search and find Client opportunities within the target industries and sectors; established professional network and ability to utilize for additional potential clients; PE, Venture Capital and Investment Bank related to A&D ideal.
- Must be knowledgeable about OEMs, their supply chain, and ideally have relationships within the industry to be able to network with C-suite in A&D circles.
- Personal characteristics include: high energy/drive; ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- CRM Experience a plus, ideally Hubspot CRM
- This is High commission-based uncapped opportunity.
- Position pays 5-10 % of all sales generated for 12 months following the new contract.
