Compass Consulting Group is searching for a highly motivated and talented contract-based Scientific Researcher to contribute to the ongoing studies aimed at cancer immunotherapy (CIT) development and biomarker evaluation for early-stage molecules.
Responsibilities:
• As part of the team, establish and validate high-complexity flow cytometry panels for deep immunophenotyping of immune cells in cancer patients to accomplish the research goals in OBD forward translation team.
• Collaborate with colleagues from multiple laboratories to generate an immune cell atlas by integrating high-dimensional protein and transcriptomic data from human tissues and tumors.
• Set up in vitro assays to assess the effects of immunotherapy drugs on immune cell development and functionality.
• Assist with in vivo experiments aimed to understand the activation dynamics of immune cells in murine tumor models.
• Actively participate in team meetings by presenting and discussing experimental data.
