Executive Assistant
NM LTD. is a data science company that builds innovative technologies that serve industries worldwide, from finance to manufacturing to logistics. We are looking for people to assist the top management with daily operations to build the team and grow the business. We consider candidates from various backgrounds. We are looking for someone young and enthusiastic, yet careful to details. Ideal candidates should have a strong interest in technologies, data science and mathematics. The candidates should have a bachelor degree from a word leading university, and have experience running projects independently. The candidates need to have excellent writing and presentation skills.
Duties for the business developer/executive assistant are:
- devise business strategies to run the company
- build a team of sales and marketing
- make contacts with funds, financial corporations, press, media, academic and research institutions
- promote and build a brand name for our products by publishing seminars, videos and writings
- run promotion campaign, maintain a good relationship with our marketing partners
- manage social media channels - twitter, Facebook, Instagram, websites
- manage and coordinate an extremely busy and ever-changing calendar including frequent interstate and international travel arrangements, accommodation and transfers
- create PowerPoint presentations and doing all preparation for events and meetings
- carry out special projects as allocated by CEO
Candidates are expected to travel often between Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing.

- excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese
