Management Trainee- Distribution Operations

About the Program:
This program is designed to provide fast-tracking growing opportunities to candidates who are ambitious, result-driven, and tech-savvy while believing that the art of operation can be learned through a scientific process. Warehouse operations and management include receiving, storage and shipping, cycle stock inventory, warehouse management systems implementation and management, labor forecast and scheduling, and people management. 
Upon completion of the program, the Management Trainee will be eligible to join the operation team in Weee!’s business expansion.
Duration: 9-12 months
Location: Milpitas & Union City, California (with the potential 3-month rotational opportunity to New Jersey, Seattle, Los Angeles)
Mentorship: Partner with key mentors throughout the program (Regional GM or Director)
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, major in science, engineering, supply chain management or related field is preferred
  • Highly responsible and result-driven
  • Self-starting, scrappy and resourceful work ethic requiring minimal to no guidance
  • Think on your feet but have enough humility to ask questions
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese(Mandarin/Cantonese) is preferred
