Business Intelligence Intern

We are recruiting students to join Progyny for a Business Intelligence internship in NYC for the Summer of 2021. As the leading fertility benefits company, Progyny combines clinical and emotional guidance, science, technology and data to provide comprehensive value-based fertility solutions for self-insured employers. We currently support over a million lives and have over 600 clinic locations in our provider network. Our vision is to ensure anyone can have a child when they want.

Location: 1359 Broadway, Floor 2, New York, NY 10018 | Remote

·      Support the strategy for sales analytics and clinic management by evaluating the effectiveness of existing KPIs and develop new KPIs to measure organizational performance

·      Analyze, clean, and structure clinical data for pharmacy medication and patient experience

·      Transform the planning, tracking, and control processes of enterprise billing

·      Design, deploy and operate improvements to our forecasting strategy

·      Manage presentation of insights to stakeholders in a way that is easily understandable and actionable

·      Build reports and dashboards to solve key business problems using SQL, Python, Power BI and Cognos (prior experience not required)

·      Organized and methodical, strong attention to detail

·      Must be analytical and possess excellent data manipulation skills

·      Proficiency in Excel preferred

·      Has a background in Engineering, Analytics, Business/Operations, Life Sciences

·      Interest in learning SQL/Python and dashboarding tools (Power BI, Cognos)

·      Must be an undergraduate student graduating in 2022
