Business Analyst
We are recruiting for a Business Analyst to join the Business Intelligence Team. You will own and lead analytics and reports for multiple functions with internal and external stakeholders to drive data driven decisions and discussions. This role will have exposure to all levels in various departments, relationships with fertility clinics, and internal processes.
What you’ll do…
- Understand and further develop internal processes & existing reports in order to assist in the management and optimization of business operations.
- Maintain cross-functional relationships with customer facing & business facing teams to effectively collaborate on analytics for data-driven decisions, presentations, and enhancements to operational efficiency
- Leverage and combine various data sources to create & improve current solutions, dashboards, and analyses.
- Manage, optimize, and strategize clinical analytics and reports that are designed to manage the provider network & member outcomes.
- Take ownership of a variety of financial analytics & reports, while working with FP&A and Accounting teams to generate new insights and identify trends.
About you…
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Comfortable analyzing large sets of data
- Proficiency in Excel required
- Proficiency in SQL preferred
- Prior experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Cognos, Tableau, Looker)
- Organized and methodical with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to be adaptive and inquisitive; natural problem solver
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction on multiple endeavors at once
- Driven to deliver results with the ability to establish rapport, earn trust, and effectively collaborate with others
- Clear and concise communicator
