Direct Mail & Data Analyst - F/T Contractor
Responsible for working with customer data for advanced meter rollout. This individual is also responsible for performing the analytical data support needs on all assigned projects through the design and implementation of data analysis using a variety of methodologies and data sources. He or she should have basic knowledge of SQL or some form of coding language.
This individual will work on the following:
- Process data for direct mail (email, letters and postcards) for customer communication and rollout of advanced meters
- Manage all reporting related to customer communication
- Develop and implement other customer related programs that leverage and/or is part of advanced meter implementation
- Work closely with Information Technology and other departments as well as outside vendor to test and implement programs
