As an Intern, you will Support the Global HR Content and Communications Team and will collaborate with the different HR Centers of Excellence to support Western Union’s employees and leaders. You will collect and analyze data from HR systems, mainly ServiceNow, to share insights and trends with the People Services Team. Your duties will require you to complete special projects starting by clarifying the project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information while engaging stakeholders. This is a rare opportunity for someone with no previous experience to get their first look-in to the HR world.
Whilst you may not have professional work experience, we are looking for you to bring the following general skills to the table:
  • Pursuing a B.A/B. S Business, Management, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.

  • Adept technical skills and willingness to learn new systems/tools.

  • An Intermediate level of Excel knowledge and Project Management skills are required.

  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data points to discern patterns and trends.

  • You need to bring a continuous improvement mindset; drives personal growth and development.

  • Accountable for results; takes pride in delivering projects that are polished and thoughtful.
