As a Shipping clerk, each day you would know you’re making a visible difference in children’s lives.   • Work Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend work.
  • Majority of the work is inside our air conditioned warehouse that is one of the cleanest in Arizona.
  • Break room with a well stocked snack and beverage market.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Package and ship finished medical devices
  • Confirm packages were received at destination
  • Investigate damaged or late packages / process credit requests from couriers
  • Provide a high level of internal customer service to all departments, including all of our clinics throughout the USA
  • Package and ship materials for all departments (e.g. IT, Marketing, HR)
  • Implement smart shipping strategies to ensure timely arrival at the lowest cost
  • Produce monthly shipping reports
  • Deliver received materials to proper departments
  • Assist with inventory stocking and inventory control
  • Assist with stocking materials to be used in our manufacturing process
  • Pay starts at $15.00 an hour with opportunity for pay increases. 
 
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Prior shipping, warehousing and order fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Exceptional customer service (internal or external)
  • Pleasant and professional phone etiquette
  • Attention to detail is a MUST
  • Collaborative team player
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
