What you’ll do
Our Entry-Level Sales Enablement Operation Specialist will support the Sales Enablement Team in managing the current SAS sales enablement platform by creating landing pages, supporting content curation and assisting users as frontline support. The Sales Enablement Operation Specialist will get hands-on experience working with a global team to execute, track performances, and measure the impact of the global sales enablement strategy.
You will:
- Support the maintenance of the Sales enablement platform (building pages, find and load images, assist in content tagging, perform Q/A checks)
- Assist the team in the development of templates and standards to guarantee an exceptional user experiendce
- Support users’ profiling activities
- Support project documentation creation and maintenance, to guarantee quality and consistency
- Support, research, and analyze performance and KPI impact for site content to identify new opportunities for improvement and make recommendations
- Assist in growing performance by staying up to date with trends and best practices
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields
- Ability to build pages using HTML / CSS as well as WYSIWYG tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or other graphic editor programs
- Good knowledge of UI design principles
- Basic knowledge of web metrics and testing methodology
Other knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Highly collaborative and self-managed
- Ability to adhere to deadlines, multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively with strong problem-solving, and project management skills
- Detailed oriented and quality focus
- Work or academic experience in technology areas such as business application development or web applications and services
- Excellent problem solving, organizational, decision-making, written, oral and interpersonal skills.
- Skill in understanding and articulating concepts to users, and translate user business requirements to technical staff.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work and learn independently and as part of a team.
Location:
- Cary, NC preferred, but open to remote location for the right candidate.
