Antitrust Litigation Analyst

Kenny Nachwalter, a boutique litigation firm in Miami, is seeking top students from elite schools who are interested in pursuing a legal career, but who want to learn what trial lawyers do before going to law school.

During this two-year litigation training program, you will work under nationally recognized attorneys on complex and high-stakes antitrust cases. The program offers exposure to all aspects of the litigation process, including fact investigation, legal research and writing, discovery, and trial.

Analysts will contribute meaningfully to a team of elite trial lawyers and litigation staff. Analysts might spend one day helping to research and write a Complaint; the next assisting with the preparation for the deposition of the CEO of a Fortune 500 company; and the next building a PowerPoint presentation for use in trial.

Candidates should be comfortable with programs like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and have excellent research and problem-solving skills. Top grades required.
