Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator - Client Success Team
Club Colors is a privately held, fast-growing, highly regarded leader in the full-service branding industry, celebrating over 20 years of providing our clients with premium services. We are seeking an impact player and difference maker to join our Client Success Team.

Our Client Success Team is the nucleus of the business. From the moment our Brand Advisors start their day, our CS team is right there with them. We do it all together here at Club Colors.

Once our Project Coordinators take control, they turn a quote into a finalized project. The end goal for someone in this role is to ensure that our clients receive their end solution at the Right Place and at the Right Time.

Ordering stock and booking production involve utilizing our outside vendors, and internal team’s capabilities.

Your critical thinking skills will be vital to successfully schedule orders to ensure we deliver on our brand promise: Right Solution. Right Place. Right Time!

Sometimes there are problems that arise during this process such as short stock, incorrect stock shipments, mistakes during production which all can potentially delay a project. Our client success team is in charge of solving these types of problems in tandem with the Brand Advisors. You must be an effective communicator and know when to escalate and use teamwork to solve a problem and avoid a potential miss.

This is more of an administrative role, where you are able to build relationships with and provide customer service vendors & an internal team of dream makers!
Requirements:
  • Ability to multi-task during the day by managing quotes, orders, & points of escalation when issues arise.
  • Manage and process orders
  • Manage time-sensitive orders throughout the order process by communicating with our suppliers and account managers on things such as proofing, shipping confirmation, tracking etc.
  • Working with suppliers and internal team on order issue resolution when needed.
  • Ability to be a good teammate, working closely with the account managers, production teams, and outside vendors.
  • Data and order entry
  • Open to feedback and ideas while being adaptable to change
  • Project management execution and consistent follow-up with account team on
  • progress/expectations during team meetings.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.50 per hour
