Product Support Analyst

Tempus, a leading financial services firm focusing on Foreign Exchange services is looking for a passionate Product Specialist who is willing and able to roll their sleeves up and get their hands dirty with all aspects of Product. As part of the Product Team at Tempus you will help add a little magic to your co-workers and customers lives by providing innovative thought leadership in an entry level position.   
 
 
What you’ll do: 
  • Manage product releases and updates 
  • Develop ongoing feature requests 
  • Utilize your awesome problem solving and troubleshooting skillset 
  • Manage Issue management from identification through resolution
