Generalist Analyst

Scope and Responsibilities:
The generalist analyst is a uniquely positioned role that maximizes the individual’s exposure to the core functions of pricing, global M&A, and strategy within infrastructure asset management. This role exists within the new corporate development group but will work regularly with senior leadership and other operational teams.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in the underwriting and diligence processes of various asset portfolio acquisitions across global markets.
- Build and iterate robust financial models for diligence and operational use cases.
- Optimize pricing strategy to meet growth, cost, and risk criterion.
- Participate and contribute to pricing strategy discussions with origination teams on potential deals.
- Conduct independent research and prepare investment/strategy decks and memos to senior leadership.
- Help to build key internal infrastructure and programs.
- Collaborating with origination, legal, and marketing teams to develop creative products and strategies.
Required Education and Experience:
- Enrolled in the final semester of a university program (grad. May 2021), preferably majoring in business, finance, economics, or similar disciplines.
- Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Understanding of cash flow models, IRR/NPV, and other valuation concepts.
- Previous experience/interest in real estate or financial analysis preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish, French, Italian, German, and other languages is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, or data-analysis tools is a plus.
