Do you have a willingness to learn and enjoy solving complex math problems? Join our IT team today and Silgan will develop your knowledge of our quality control software, Gainseeker. Silgan will develop you into a Gainseeker subject matter expert so that you can insure standard implementations of this software and hardware across all of our plants while also monitoring and providing support for all processes and quality issues.

· Revel in troubleshooting hardware and software issues

We need you to have:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related; experience in lieu of education will be considered
· A can do, will do attitude and a willingness to learn
· 1+ year of technical experience troubleshooting PC hardware and software
· SQL database or other programming experience
· A working knowledge of MS Windows platforms for both the desktop/laptop and the network server areas
· MS Office Suite, Windows 7 and 10, MS Outlook
