Customer solution manager / Customer project manager


The Client Solutions Manager will drive project by establishing trusted advisor relationships with clients and delivering comprehensive solutions to clients.

Duties and responsibilities: 

  • Present SES-imagotag’s range of solution to new customers
  • Identify and clarify the customer’s needs
  • Develop the right solution to meet those needs
  • Manage the project (scheduling, track & control, risk management, project steering);
  • Animate and federate the people involved in the project, in and out of the department;
  • Identify and follow the key factors to ensure success
  • Industrialise the solution
  • Work hand in hand with Sales to reach a roll-out agreement
  • Provide feedbacks and needs from customers to R&D
  • Test and validate products
  • Engineering education
  • Strong personal drive and ability to work proactively and independently
  • Experience in project management
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Technology oriented
  • Software Implementation experience
  • IT technical skills
