Customer solution manager / Customer project manager
The Client Solutions Manager will drive project by establishing trusted advisor relationships with clients and delivering comprehensive solutions to clients.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Present SES-imagotag’s range of solution to new customers
- Identify and clarify the customer’s needs
- Develop the right solution to meet those needs
- Manage the project (scheduling, track & control, risk management, project steering);
- Animate and federate the people involved in the project, in and out of the department;
- Identify and follow the key factors to ensure success
- Industrialise the solution
- Work hand in hand with Sales to reach a roll-out agreement
- Provide feedbacks and needs from customers to R&D
- Test and validate products
- Engineering education
- Strong personal drive and ability to work proactively and independently
- Experience in project management
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Technology oriented
- Software Implementation experience
- IT technical skills
