Change Management Analyst Intern

The Change Management Analyst, will be an integral part of the Beyond People Team and will play a key role in ensuring change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing team member adoption and buy-in. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to people, processes, systems, job roles and organization structures.
The Change Management Analyst will work with stakeholders to understand and assess their challenges and collaborate with Beyond People Team colleagues to design, develop and deliver solutions. This role will report to the Director, Learning and Organizational Effectiveness and will interface directly with
company leadership across product, business, and functional teams, working closely with key cross-functional stakeholders in driving a talent agenda that aligns with business priorities.
Tasks, Duties, & General Responsibilities:
- Contribute to organizational change and communications strategy, solutions, and implementation plans
- Cultivate relationships with Beyond Meat’s department leaders and teams; appropriately managing stakeholder expectations and buy-in
- Identify people, process, system improvement opportunities as a result of stakeholder conversations and helping to develop ways to influence change and increase adoption
- Learn and share innovative talent management concepts, methods and best practices
- Building and deploying learning and organizational excellence solutions to support people, process, system changes
- Apply communications and engagement strategies and helping to draft, sequence and deliver messages across various stakeholder groups
- Plan own work efforts; adhering to work plans, project plans, and budgets
- Identify issues and risks created by cross-team decisions, proposing resolution, as appropriate
- Notice, document and communicate dependencies between People Team initiatives, making recommendations to project leads/supervisor
Education, Technical Skills, and/or Previous Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant change, HR, project management experience preferred
- 3.0 or higher cumulative (overall) GPA
- Change management certification or designation desired
- Project Management certification or designation desired
Previous Experience:
- Experience with organizational change efforts, working in a change management role
- Experience in design thinking methodology and process
- Experience in business process improvement initiatives
- Experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience with MS Visio a plus
Education, Technical Skills, and/or Previous Experience:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who has some proven experience many/all of the below.

- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
