As a part of the Corporate Analyst Program you will have the opportunity to participate in complex projects that can have a significant impact on the business while strengthening the skills necessary to lead in the FinTech industry. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning and exposure to senior leadership will be offered in these entry level opportunities with the ability to advance within our company upon completion of the two-year program.
Fiserv- Fraud Detect and TeleCheck is the Fiserv’s cutting edge Credit Card and ACH on file payment product. In year one of this program, you will be embedded with the Risk team where you will work on the Credit Card Fraud and ACH Fraud and gain an understanding of the risk processes and controlling fraud losses while diving deep into complex data sets. In year two, you will transition to the Product Management team where you will assist with the full product life cycle management.
The candidate will be responsible for:
· Make independent judgements on priority while completing of task without a defined rule
· The role will analyze Credit Card/ ACH data and provide the insights and findings to the leadership team.
· Find fraud patterns through data exploration and analysis.
· Proactive monitoring of Chargeback losses and identify fraud patterns.
· Collaborate with data science team to deploy machine learning solution.
Candidate Qualifications & Education Requirements
What we are looking for…
· Recent graduates of a bachelor’s degree program
· GPA 3.0+ preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (strong Excel skills)
· A strong understanding in utilizing Excel to perform advanced analysis.
· Strong PowerPoint skills.
· Problem solving skills.
· Proficiency in SQL/ Python/R and data base concepts.
· Experience communicating and presenting complex ideas and business cases.

· Must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship
