As Program Coordinator, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery associated with a new program recently launched to support growth in core employee survey solutions. The Role
This role is an entry-level consulting position. It will provide you with broad exposure to the process of delivering client projects – a foundation upon which to grow. You will support projects by ensuring project processes are consistent, timely and of the highest quality. You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments and gain experiences will help build your technical knowledge and overall industry expertise while you benefit from more structured learning opportunities.
You will be a key contact for colleagues and clients. Managing a portfolio of projects, you will confirm client requirements and coordinate the work of other colleagues.
- Support senior colleagues in positioning survey solutions with their clients
- Work to clarify client requirements and secure project contracts
- Manage a portfolio of active projects and coordinate the production of surveys
- Act as a liaison with survey delivery colleagues and the client to ensure data and materials are transmitted accurately, deadlines are clear, meetings are scheduled, and communication is consistent
- Oversee work of survey delivery colleagues, ensuring deliverables are on time and of high quality
- Coordinate and support strategic aspects of projects with senior colleagues
- Learn how to read survey report data and understand the results delivered to clients
- Respond promptly to client requests for assistance or additional information
About you.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business, Marketing or any other majors with significant analytical work, and minimum GPA of 3.0
- A Professional presence with strong written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a desire to serve the customer
- Ability to manage competing priorities and carry out well-defined assignments according to established guidelines with little to no supervision
- Ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage resources
- Analytical thinking with the ability to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way
- Technical savvy and comfort using the Microsoft Office Suite (MS PowerPoint, MS Word), with very strong skills in MS Excel
- Prior experience serving customers, managing projects, conducting surveys, and working with technology and data is a plus
- Advanced degree is a plus, but not required
