Medicare Business Analytics Data Scientist Consultant
Active participation in a range of consulting and analytic support for customer-specific data analysis and reporting. The Medicare Business Analytic Consultant will provide their analytical/strategic-thinking and leadership skills to:
Conducting open-ended data exploration to evaluate and solve complex problems. Participation in all aspects of the project lifecycle from requirements gathering, data acquisition and preparation, hypothesis generation, ideation, coding and testing. Work with business partners to identify opportunities for data enhancements and innovation. Synthesize large volumes of data with attention to granular details and present findings and recommendations to senior-level stakeholders. Drive automation of repetitive process and build self-serve tools to empower Medicare business stakeholders. Support multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
•Data driven mindset with a degree in any quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics
•Highly skilled in MS Excel, Access and other databases Experience in building predictive or descriptive models and the designing of the associated metrics to evaluate these models.
•Experience in a data programming language (Python, R)
•Experience in SAS
•Mastery of SQL
