Charlie Health has set out on a mission to reimagine how high acuity care is delivered to teens and young adults—particularly those in rural populations. We’re building the world’s first infinitely scalable, virtual-first mental health practice. Our initial offering is a virtual intensive outpatient program (vIOP), which connects like-minded virtual groups with therapists that specialize in their specific mental health needs.

About the Role


The Growth & Operations Associate is a key, cross-functional position that will have the opportunity to influence and impact multiple departments at Charlie Health. As a member of the Business Operations team, the Growth & Operations Associate will be responsible for working with different department leaders to introduce technology and process that drives internal efficiency. Further, the Growth & Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting new market launches-- including market research, market staffing, KPI monitoring, and outcomes tracking. We fully expect that this individual will be low-ego, eager to join a fast-paced company, hungry to learn, and able to work independently. The Growth & Operations Associate will be given an exceptional level of autonomy and responsibility, but it is expected that this individual will "think like an owner" and commit themselves to Charlie Health's success.

Responsibilities


  • Provide support to leadership across business development, operations, and clinical teams
  • Take ownership of key initiatives on a project-basis and then hand-off the project to a more appropriate internal owner
  • Streamline processes and create and/or improve existing process documentation
  • Source, negotiate, purchase, and launch new software products that make Charlie Health more efficient
  • Identify new ways to improve workflow and communication across teams
  • Develop presentations for payor and provider meetings, as well as community outreach events

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree, 3.3 GPA or above
  • 1-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Passion for healthcare services
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, listening and relationship-building skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency—Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Zoom and Gsuite proficiency
  • Resourceful with a natural ability to problem solve
  • Proactive self-started and natural multitasker
  • Meticulous attention to detail
