The Nourish Project is an initiative under Stanford Medicine’s Center for Asian Health Research and Education. The goal of the Nourish Project is to provide educational resources focused on nutrition for pre-diabetic and type-II diabetic Asians. Even though Asians are disproportionately impacted by diabetes, there is a lack of Asian representation in nutrition and diabetes education in the United States.
