Asset Management Program Manager (Analyst IV)
The City of Portland Bureau of Environmental Services (BES) is seeking an Asset Management Program Manager (Analyst IV) to design, develop, guide and manage the bureau-wide implementation of a strategic asset management program for its wastewater, stormwater and natural infrastructure assets.
This is a new position, with direct supervision of a new asset management team, and was identified as a critical component of BES’ Strategic Plan to provide a consistent framework for prioritizing its operational and capital investments and ensuring alignment with its vision and strategic goals. The small strategic Asset Management Team works with asset management practitioners across the bureau. It is located within the Strategy Group, one of the bureau’s eight major work groups.
